Norm Anderson is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser based out of Westport, MA. He has been a real estate appraiser since 1986 concentrating in residential appraisals in the Greater New Bedford and Fall River areas.

Past real estate appraisal assignments have been completed for financial and private clients. Appraisals are available for single and two-to-four family homes and vacant land. A few of the many purposes for the need of a real estate appraisal include mortgage financing, tax abatement, divorce, bankruptcy and the settlement of estates.
